oh I have the same machine. I just love it.
I love your backing fabric! It looks like you have extra batting showing at the edge of your quilt top. Do you trim this off or keep it like that so the binding is fuller? I find when I use 2 1/2 inch strips folded for binding, the binding doesn't feel full, so I've resorted to cutting narrower strips.

I love how your kitty thinks it's his/her spot for curling up. I saw that spool the other day at a Bernina shop and almost bought it. I should have! Looks like it will be another beautiful quilt by you.
